Mission: Through the lens of the Holocaust, the Cypress College Holocaust Education Initiative educates our community about the dangers of intolerance, while empowering its citizens to stand against antisemitism, bigotry and hate by safeguarding the dignity of all people.
Services: The Cypress College Holocaust Education Initiative provides professional development opportunities to middle school, high school, and community college teachers on incorporating the lessons of the Holocaust into their classroom curriculum. This training is supported by providing resources accessible to teachers and students to enhance lessons about the Holocaust and against intolerance of individuals and targeted groups. On site docent led tours are available on request.
